Proceedings

The Principal welcomed all the members of IQAC and wished for a healthy and
long-term association for the betterment and improvement of the college.

  1. To encourage and motivate students, discussion regarding the role of youth
    in inculcating peace was done.
  2. To inculcate religious values among students, activities like Guru Purab
    celebration of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji were organized.
  3. Discussion regarding celebration of different days like AIDS Day, World
    Health Day, and Teachers’ Day was done.

  1. Orientation Programme for B.Ed and M.Ed III Semester students was organized by IQAC.
    Dr. Manoj Kumar was the resource person on the theme
    “Realizing the Goals of Life”.
  2. IQAC encouraged club in-charges to conduct activities like quiz competitions,
    debates, and fine art activities for all-round development of students.
  3. It was unanimously decided to establish an NSS Unit in the college.
    Efforts were initiated regarding the approval for two NSS units.

Minutes of the Meeting

  1. The minutes of the IQAC meeting held on 10/11/2018 were read,
    confirmed, and recorded.
  2. To ensure continuous upgradation of infrastructural facilities,
    a new seminar room with the latest state-of-art equipment was added.
    ICT facilities of the college were enhanced with the purchase of
    new projector and sound system.
  3. To facilitate up-gradation of knowledge, skill, and pedagogy,
    faculty development programmes (FDPs) were organised.
    Teachers were sent to universities from time to time to attend
    workshops and refresher courses.
  4. The IQAC worked towards fostering students’ excellence in academics,
    sports, and extra-curricular activities. A large number of activities
    were organised to ensure maximum student participation.
  5. Students were encouraged to hone and polish their potential.
    College planned lectures, workshops, seminars, and awareness programmes
    for holistic development.

The meeting ended with a vote of thanks by the Principal and IQAC Coordinator.

  1. Survey was conducted to analyse the current feedback system.
    Necessary changes were adopted according to curriculum needs
    to improve the quality of education.
  2. Management encouraged staff members to attend conferences held
    in educational institutions to enhance professional knowledge.
  3. All efforts were taken to obtain permanent affiliation, which
    remained pending with the university due to administrative reasons.
