The SC / ST / OBC Cell of Anand College of Education for Women, Jethuwal, Amritsar is established in accordance with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of India. The Cell is committed to ensuring equity, inclusion, social justice, and equal educational opportunities for students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and other disadvantaged groups.
