Nurturing Leadership, Discipline, and Holistic Development
Anand College of Education for Women, Jethuwal, Amritsar has an effective Tutors and House System to provide continuous academic mentoring and to promote leadership, cooperation, and overall personality development of students. Each student is guided by a faculty tutor and actively participates in house-based activities throughout the academic session.

Tutor System
Every student is allotted a faculty tutor at the beginning of the session.
Tutors provide academic guidance, personal counselling, and career support.
Regular interaction helps in monitoring attendance, academic progress, discipline, and well-being.
Tutors act as a link between students, parents, and the institution.

House System
To encourage healthy competition, teamwork, and leadership, students are divided into four houses, each named after eminent women personalities who symbolize courage, knowledge, service, and inspiration.
